New Chapter Ahead | Dahua Malaysia 2026 Office Opening, Annual Conference & Team Building Recap
On 22 January 2026 (Thursday), Dahua Malaysia marked an important milestone with the official opening of our new office, held in conjunction with our annual conference. The new office represents not only a new working environment, but also a new phase of growth—bringing renewed confidence, energy, and expectations to the team.
During the annual conference, we reviewed the key achievements of 2025 and shared a clear outlook on our strategic direction and priorities for 2026. For the first time, department heads took turns presenting their business updates and plans, offering insights from different perspectives. This allowed colleagues to gain a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of the company’s overall direction.
More importantly, the annual conference served as a moment of internal alignment. With clear goals and shared understanding, the team came together with one mindset—fully prepared to charge forward in 2026, united in purpose, aligned in action, and moving forward as one.
The evening also featured the Annual Awards Ceremony, where we recognized outstanding individuals with awards including Sales Excellence Award, Outstanding Solution Engineer Award, Outstanding Product Pre-Sales Award, Outstanding Delivery Engineer Award, Outstanding Operation Management Award, Rising Star Award, and Outstanding Improvement Award. Each award represented recognition of professionalism, dedication, and impact, and the winners were met with the warmest applause from their peers.
At Dahua, we are not just individuals—we are a team. We uphold a culture driven by striving and perseverance, celebrating every personal achievement while valuing collective success. We also look forward to seeing more faces step onto the stage at future award ceremonies, as more efforts are recognized and more growth stories unfold.
Following the annual conference, a two-day, one-night team building event was held from 23 to 24 January. With teams spread across six different locations in Malaysia and more than 10 new colleagues joining over the past year, the team building provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues—both new and experienced—to finally gather in one place. Beyond daily work, everyone enjoyed more relaxed and natural informal interactions, strengthening connections across teams.
The team building activities included rafting and various team-based challenges. Throughout the activities, we repeatedly chanted “Dahua No.1”—a reflection of both our shared ambitions and our unity as a team moving forward together. As colleagues collaborated, encouraged one another, and shared laughter, many unforgettable moments were created.
As night fell, under a sky filled with stars, everyone gathered together once again. In that warm and relaxed atmosphere, team bonds continued to grow—quietly but meaningfully.
